This toolkit is designed to help individuals and local communities start their own research.
It includes information on finding out about the merchant ships that were carrying vital supplies to and from Welsh ports under constant threat from the U-boats; the naval vessels defending the country at sea; the men and women aboard these vessels and the communities at home.
